Account & Data Deletion — Nivasa Field Agent
About this app: Nivasa Field Agent is an internal application used exclusively by employees and authorised field executives of Nivasa Finance to manage assigned customer leads and field-visit tasks. Accounts are provisioned by Nivasa Finance and tied to the user's role within the organisation.
How to request deletion
If you have an account on the Nivasa Field Agent app and would like to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, please submit a deletion request using the form below with your registered details. Our team will verify the request with your reporting manager / HR and contact you on your registered phone number or email before processing it within 30 days.
Alternatively, you can email support@nivasafinance.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Field Agent account" and include your registered phone number, full name, and employee / agent ID.
What gets deleted
Upon successful verification, the following personal data tied to your account will be permanently deleted from the active app systems:
- Profile information (name, employee / agent ID, profile photo)
- Registered phone number, email, and login credentials
- App preferences and language settings stored on the server
- Device push-notification tokens
- Locally cached data on your device (cleared automatically when you uninstall the app)
What may be retained, and why
Because Nivasa Field Agent is used to support a regulated financial-services workflow (loan origination and customer onboarding) on behalf of Nivasa Finance, certain records must be retained even after the agent's account is deleted to comply with Indian law (including but not limited to RBI guidelines, the Income Tax Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, and KYC norms):

Retained records are stored securely, are not used for any active processing against the deleted account, and are accessible only to authorised compliance personnel. Where possible, personal identifiers in retained audit logs are replaced with an anonymised reference ID after account deletion.
