Nivasa Expands : Opens it's branch in Mysuru

Nivasa Finance has officially opened its first branch office in the city of Mysuru, marking a significant step in its mission to bring affordable home financing closer to underserved communities. Located in the heart of the city, the new branch will act as a regional hub for both customer walk-ins and advisor engagement.

This expansion follows growing demand from surrounding taluks like Nanjangud, T. Narsipur, and Bannur — where Nivasa’s advisor network and WhatsApp-based sourcing model have gained strong traction.

“Opening our Mysuru branch allows us to serve customers faster, and build deeper trust on the ground,” said Samit Shetty, co-founder and CEO of Nivasa.

The branch will support everything from lead screening and telecalls to disbursal coordination, becoming a key link between on-field advisors and formal lending partners.
